MTRCB Calls Out The Production Team Of “Impostora” For Excessive Steamy Love Scenes – Find Out What Happened Next

As the Movie Television Review and Classification Board (MTRCB) is tasked to do, they inspect the age-appropriateness of anything that airs on the Philippine television. There are some people who condemn this government agency due to their unreasonable ratings for shows that contain mature content. Just recently, MTRCB called out the hit “Impostora”’s production team for episodes that contain suggestive hot scenes.

The actress Kris Bernal responded to the issue with a laugh at the realization that their hot scenes were believable and that she is capable of pulling out such a mature role. Though the actress preferred that their production team to not be called out again.

Albert Langitan, the director of the said show, revealed that their scenes did not really go overboard. He said that he had also added spice to few of his directed shows before – scenes the same as what they had on “Impostora” – yet the MTRCB was not outraged that time. He cited a few examples like “Rhodora X” and “Ang Lihim ni Annassandra” which were both aired during the year 2014.

In the end, the director said that the dispute has already been settled by GMA and MTRCB.
