Everyone knows that celebrities Ai-ai delas Alas and Marian Rivera are very close friends. The famous comedienne has finally decided to settle with someone for the rest of her life. She is going to get married at the end of the year. And of course, her friend will surely be involved in her special event.
Well, it’s not that surprising when Marian revealed her gift for her ‘kambal’ – the endearment they’ve decided to call each other after working together on the film, “Kung Fu Divas.”
“Naku, ewan ko nga sa kanya, pinagsabi pa niya! Sabi ko i-secret na niya e,” said Marian on a press conference for her upcoming TV series.
Apparently, Marian is actually going to pay for the wedding gown of the blockbuster comedienne! She has already talked about it with the prominent designer, Frederick Peralta, and she really can’t wait to see the gown’s final look. Ai-ai will be the one to choose the design but Marian had a few suggestions for the betterment of the wedding dress.
But, that’s not all! Marian was also asked by her kambal to make her wedding bouquet. Recently, the actress had put up a flower arrangement business named “Flora Vida Perennial Blooms.” She jokingly said that her kambal is pressuring her to do the bouquet as she replied that she’s not that good yet and definitely would try her best to make a perfect one for her friend.
Aside from that, Marian and her spouse, Dingdong-Dantes, will be the sponsors for the veil; however, she told her kambal to not include her daughter, Zia, on the entourage anymore.
Ai-ai and her fiancé, 23-year-old Gerald Sibuyan, was engaged since the latter proposed to her on their third anniversary. Even though their noticeable age gap gained lots of hate from netizens, it’s good that they proceeded on tying the knot on the 12th of December this year.
