We have all been waiting for the Star Magic Ball to flash on our TV screens. Who would’ve thought that there can be a lot of action even before the prestigious event? Apparently, Joshua Garcia is capable of being exceptionally sweet to his on-screen partner Julia Barretto off-cam. The Kapamilya actor asked her in the most over-the-top and kilig proposal we have ever seen!
Some might say that his way was a bit cliché, but, so what? Based on the gorgeous Julia’s reaction, she definitely felt special and it’s obvious that she said yes!
The video of the sweet proposal has already circulated all over the web. It was uploaded on Facebook by Mark Mañosco Coleta. The clip started with a choir holding up the cards that spelledout “Will U Be My Date?” while singing “Perfect” by Ed Sheeran.
Julia was seen blushing heavily and obviously feeling overwhelmed from the majestic voices she was hearing in the garden. In the middle of the song, Joshua snuck up from behind to surprise the actress with a magnificent bouquet of blooming red roses. He then received a hug from his reel love partner and looked as if he had won the lottery!
It is not really surprising that the love team JoshLia will be attending the grand ball together. Julia emphasized that she only gave Joshua the “exclusive rights” to be her date and at the same time denied that they are officially a couple already.
