Three long years have passed and finally, the DOJ have reached a conclusion about the rape case of Deniece Cornejo against Vhong Navarro.
On the 6th of September just this year, the Department of Justice has changed their decision to condemn Vhong Navaro. They said that Deniece's recollection of events are unreliable and inconsistent.
The prosecutor of the Office-In-Charge have said, "As complaint evidence stands, the same does not establish probable cause to indict respondent for the crimes he is accused of commiting."
After hearing the decision of the DOJ, the camp of Vhong Navarro, along with the actor himself, was really delighted about the good news. As a matter of fact, Chito S. Roño, his manager, said that they were really happy about the good news and was overwhelmed with happiness and relief.
