The world is really dangerous nowadays so it’s important to watch over almost everything that you own. As a matter of fact, having a dashcam in your cars would surely help you.
On September 12, 2017, the son of the ‘It’s Showtime’ host, Amy Perez, was confined at St. Lukes Medical Center in Quezon City. She shared her experience with one of the hospital’s valets.
The valet was only tasked to park the car of Amy and her TV News Reporter husband Carlo Castillo; however, he was caught on cam driving the car around the area. It seemed like he didn’t notice the dashcam attached inside the vehicle.
Amy posted about the incident on Facebook saying:
“Si kuyang valet na buking na kung saan-saan inikot ang kotse at pinamalita pa kung kanino ang car, di niya napansin na may dash cam pala, ayun. Huli! Yan ang world class! #Lagot #Valetnomore”
Tiyang Amy’s Facebook status gained lots of opinions and experiences by the netizens. Some celebrities even commented on the post. There are concerned citizens who advised Amy to report the happening to the administration of the private hospital.
Meanwhile, the husband of Kapamilya-turned-Kapuso actress Angelika dela Cruz, Orion Casareo, shared a similar experience by leaving a comment on Amy’s post. He narrated:
“Hassle valet sa St. Luke’s. They rear-ended my car before then di nila sinabi. Nagulat na lang ako sa bahay may mga scratches na when I got home, stupid [that] I did not notice sa St. Luke’s. I went back to St. Luke’s and asked them. Still denying. When we reviewed the CCTV nakita na nabangga nila ang car. They paid for the damages. Hassle.”
