We all know that the relationship of businessman Yilmaz Bektas and female celebrity Ruffa Gutierrez ended sourly. But, their issues should not affect how the former supports his children with the actress. Apparently, they had two daughters namely Lorin – 14 years of age – and 13-year-old Venice.
According to the renowned actress, her estranged husband doesn’t give their children financial support. She even shared that the best – but not really the best – thing sent by her ex-spouse to their kids are peanuts from Istanbul.
“He hasn’t given anything except for peanuts. I think that’s all he’s sent me from Istanbul... peanuts and maybe—maybe, I don’t even remember—2,000 dollars,” Ruffa shared.
“Antagal na nun, nineteen kopong-kopong pa, so wala pa siyang ipinapadala. Ayoko na ding humingi at maghintay, di ba?” she added.
She even shared that she would understand if Yilmaz is financially unstable – but he isn’t. He is a successful businessman and he can’t even spare some loose change for his kids. The actress also narrated how her mother, Annabelle Rama, told her to not ask for any support from him anymore since she has a nice life and a good job. She even expressed her gratitude to the Lord for her projects that helped her raise her kids on her own.
